The Home Page provides you with an overview of your brand's use of SlickText. Get a quick snapshot of key data, such as contact growth and unread inbox messages. View messaging activity, such as upcoming campaigns or active workflows. If your brand tracks orders in SlickText, this dashboard will also display attributed revenue across your entire brand.
Metrics and Data Definitions
Total Contacts: Displays the current total number of contacts for the brand, regardless of their opt-in status. Click this metric to navigate to the Contacts page.
Total Subscribed Contacts: Displays the current total number of contacts that are opted-in to receive campaigns and automated messages. Click this metric to navigate to the Contacts page, filtered by subscribed contacts.
Unread Conversations: Displays the current total number of inbox conversations with unread messages for the entire brand. Click this metric to navigate to the Inbox.
Note:
The number of unread conversations indicated on the left navigation next may differ from what is displayed on the Unread Conversations chart. The chart counts all unread messages, including unassigned conversations or conversations assigned to others. The left navigation will count unread messages based upon how you've configured your personal preferences.
Total Revenue: Displays the revenue generated by SlickText messaging for the specified time period according to the attribution model configured for the brand. Revenue data will only show if your brand tracks orders via a native integration or the SlickText API.
It also includes summary metrics:

- Revenue – the amount of revenue attributed to SlickText.
- Revenue per Message – the amount of revenue attributed to SlickText divided by the total number of qualifying messages.
- Orders – the number of orders attributed to SlickText.
- Avg Order Value – the amount of revenue attributed to SlickText divided by the number of orders attributed to SlickText.
To use the Total Revenue chart:
- Click the dropdown in the top right corner of the chart and select a time period.
- Choose a predefined range, such as today, this quarter, or last month.
- Or, define a custom range, enter the date ranges, and click Update.
- If desired, click on the 3 dots next to the date range dropdown and select Settings to:
- Change the frequency–this will define the time periods displayed on the x-axis.
- Add a comparison–this will allow you to choose a time period to compare against.
Contact Growth: Displays the total number of contacts as they have changed over the specified time period.
Net New Contacts is the difference between the total number of contacts at the end of the time period and the total number of contacts at the start of the period.
To use the Contact Growth chart:
- Click the dropdown in the top right corner of the chart and select a time period.
- Choose a predefined range, such as today, this quarter, or last month.
- Or, define a custom range, enter the date ranges, and click Update.
- If desired, click on the 3 dots next to the date range dropdown and select Settings to:
- Change the frequency–this will define the time periods displayed on the x-axis.
- Add a comparison–this will allow you to choose a time period to compare against.
Upcoming Campaigns: Displays a list of campaigns that are scheduled to send at a later date, recurring, or drafted. The table will show up to 5 campaigns. Campaigns will be listed in order of their next scheduled send. Draft campaigns will be listed last. To see all campaigns, click View All.
Busiest Active Workflows: Displays a list of active workflows. The table will show up to 5 workflows which are listed in the order of the busiest to least busy. Busy is based on the number of current contacts in the workflow. To see all workflows, click View All.
