Your profile allows you to view and manage information and preferences that are specific to you as a user. You can update contact information, set your timezone, change your password and more.
To view and change your profile.
- Click on your name at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. If the left navigation menu is minimized, you won’t see your name and will click on your avatar or initials.
- Click Me.
- Click on one of the following profile pages.
Profile Info
Click on Profile Info to update your personal contact information, timezone and add a profile picture.
- Profile Info — Add or change personal information. Click Save.
- Profile Image — The Profile Image can be seen by other team members. Upload and adjust a JPG, PNG or GIF and click Save.
Preferences
Click Preferences to adjust your user preferences.
- Timezone — Timezone is used in SlickText anytime there is an event that relies on the time of day, such as scheduling campaigns or assigning office hours in the Inbox. Click on the Timezone tab to set or change your timezone. Click Save.
Note:
SlickText will alert you when it appears that you are currently located in a timezone that is different from your selected timezone.
- Unread Conversation Count — The left navigation bar displays the number of unread conversations in the inbox. You can choose all unread conversations or only the ones assigned to you.
Password
Click on Password to reset your password. Complete the form and click Save.
Two-Factor Authentication
Click Two Factor Authentication to add an additional level of login security. Toggle on or off to enable or disable it, then click Save. When enabled, each time that you log in, you'll be sent a text message with a unique pin code that must be confirmed before accessing your account.
Active Sessions
Click on Active Sessions to see all devices that are currently logged into your account. You can log a device out by clicking on the log out icon to the right, then confirming it by clicking Yes, Do It.
