- SMS -- 1 message credit per every 160 characters or less. A 161 character message will use 2 message credits.
- MMS -- 3 message credits per every MMS message sent.
Message Status & Usage Overview
The Campaign Analytics dashboard provides the delivery status of messages broken out by status as well as the message credits used by time interval.
Campaign Messages Sent shows how many messages were sent by campaign. Campaign Messages by status relays the current state of messages sent to the carriers and displays a cumulative view of message delivery status received from the carrier.

The status indicators are most accurate 24 hours after a campaign is sent as there can be queueing and delays on the carrier side which impact the status displayed in SlickText.

Status Definitions:
- Sent to Mobile Device: The message was sent to the carrier but has not yet been delivered to the contact.
- Confirmed Delivered: The message was successfully delivered to the contact.
