This feature is coming soon.
Integrated into Campaigns, Workflows and auto-responses, SlickText’s AI Compose uses artificial intelligence to create draft messages that you can edit and send to your contacts. Provide a few brief instructions and AI Compose will return creative, best practice suggestions using whatever tone you want.
Note:
AI Compose is available wherever you write messages to send to your audience, except the Inbox. This includes when you are creating campaign messages, using a message sending workflow object, or editing an auto-response message.
- Follow the appropriate instructions to send messages in SlickText.
- When crafting your message, click the three star AI Compose icon at the bottom of the message field. This will reveal the AI Compose popup.
- On the AI Compose popup, provide your instructions. For example, you might say, “We are offering a buy one get one free dessert this weekend.” AI Compose will respond with three message suggestions.
- Fine tune your messages by providing additional instructions. For example, “Include my website, and we are only sending this to our VIP customers.” AI Compose will build on the instructions and keep track of previous drafts until you select Start Over or leave the page.
- Use a prompt selector to help fine tune your messages.
- Length will shorten or lengthen the draft messages.
- Select a Tone to make the message formal, urgent, conversational, funny or more.
- Use Emojis to make your messages more engaging, or don’t use them to save on message credits.
- Choose a Language to translate your messages.
- Click Use Message when you are satisfied with the drafts.
- Edit the message. This is important, since AI can make mistakes.
- Send or Save like you normally would.
Note:
Instead of using the prompt selectors, such as Tone or Length, you can just provide the information as part of your narrative instruction. Just tell it to be more formal or friendly, for example. You can even tell it to sound like a pirate, Elmer Fudd or Muhammad Ali. You can be as creative as you want within the bounds of decency and the law, of course.
