Note:
Templates are designed to save you time by providing a starting point for common workflows. However, the workflows will still require additional configuration or customization before they are ready to activate. Always click on the settings for each object in the workflow before activating the workflow to make sure it is configured to behave as intended.
Messaging Series Workflow Templates
Use these workflow templates to automate sending messages to your contacts.
Welcome Series:
This workflow sends a series of welcome messages to new subscribers. You can select one or more Creation Sources to trigger the workflow or swap out the Contact Created trigger with the Contact Added to List trigger.
Drip Series:
This workflow enrolls new subscribers in a drip sequence. You can select one or more Creation Sources to trigger the workflow or swap out the Contact Created trigger with the Contact Added to List trigger.
Conditional Drip Series:
This workflow enrolls new subscribers in a drip sequence. You can select one or more Creation Sources to trigger the workflow or swap out the Contact Created trigger with the Contact Added to List trigger. Include a trackable link in the message and the message series will end when the contact clicks on the link.
Happy Birthday:
This workflow sends a contact a special message on or around their birthday. The Contact Birthday object can be set to send on their actual birthday or a number of days before.
Data Collection Workflow Templates
Use these workflow templates to collect information from your contacts.
Collect First and Last Name:
This workflow asks newly-subscribed contacts to provide their first and last name and then stores the data on their contact record in SlickText.
Collect Address:
This workflow collects the address of newly-subscribed contacts.
Collect Email:
This workflow collects an email address from newly-subscribed contacts.
Survey Workflow Templates
Use these workflow templates to automate sending messages to your contacts.
NPS Question:
This workflow requests Net Promoter Score feedback from your customers, then follows up accordingly based on their numeric score. Add your email address as the recipient to the Send Email Notification object to be notified when a negative response includes a request for follow-up.
Review Request:
This workflow requests feedback from your customers. Their responses will be analyzed by AI to detect their sentiment and the workflow will follow up accordingly. Add your email address as the recipient to the Send Email Notification object to be notified when a negative response includes a request for follow-up.
Conditional Survey:
This workflow asks a series of questions, but follow up differently based on responses.
Contest Workflow Templates
Use these workflow templates to run a contest for new contacts. Advertise the contest to attract subscribers and grow your audience.
Grand Prize Winner:
This workflow manages a contest that someone enters when they join one of your Lists. Use Check Time to set the start and end date and time. Select 10 random winners that will be entered into a grand prize drawing. Add your email address as the recipient to the Send Email Notification object to be notified who the winners were by email.
Every 10th Contact Wins - Max 5 Winners:
This workflow manages a contest that selects every 10th contact as a winner when they join one of your Lists. Use Check Time to set the start and end date and time. Use the Contact Counter to determine how often a winner is selected and the maximum number of winners. Add your email address as the recipient to the Send Email Notification object to be notified who the winners were by email.
Random Winner:
This workflow manages a contest that triggers when a contact texts the word "contest." Use Check Time to set the start and end date and time. Use Select Random Contacts to determine how many winners and when the winners are selected. Add your email address as the recipient to the Send Email Notification object to be notified who the winners were by email.
Daily Winner:
This workflow manages a contest that contacts enter when they join one of your Lists with winners chosen daily for 7 days. Use Check Time to set the start and end date. Set each Select Random Contacts object to determine how many winners are selected and when they are selected. Contacts who are not selected will advance to the next selection day until all winners are selected. Add your email address as the recipient to the Send Email Notification object to be notified who the winners were by email.
Inbox Conversation Workflow Templates
Use these workflow templates to increase the functionality of the SlickText inbox.
Assign Conversation Based on List or Segment:
This workflow assigns an inbox conversation to a team member based upon whether the contact is on a specific list or segment.
