Ecommerce Settings allow brands that track orders in SlickText through an integration or the API to configure key SlickText capabilities to meet their unique needs. Specifically, you can define how SlickText treats cart abandonment and revenue attribution.
Set Time to Cart Abandonment
In SlickText, you can build automated workflows to engage directly with individual contacts or create a segment for contacts who have abandoned a cart on your ecommerce store. SlickText defaults the time to cart abandonment to 4 hours, which means 4 hours after an item is added to your cart, SlickText will consider it abandoned. However, you can define this for yourself.
- Click on your name or avatar at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Click Ecommerce.
- Enter the number of minutes, hours, or days.
- Click Save.
Revenue Attribution
Brands that track orders in SlickText through an integration or the API can view revenue data in SlickText. SlickText attributes revenue to campaigns or workflows when contacts make purchases on your website after engaging with your messages. You can define how attribution works for your brand. You can select first touch vs last touch attribution and determine the message attribution window.
